Verify a Bitcoin Cash wallet signature

Confirm that a signed message was produced by the owner of a Bitcoin Cash address. BCH uses the same secp256k1 signing algorithm as Bitcoin with the standard Bitcoin message prefix, compatible with Electron Cash.
